Ambrose is an Associate Counsel at the firm. He was called to the Ghana Bar in June 2022 and had his formative years at Pebble Law Consult and Kulendi @Law; both law firms based in Accra. He has over nine (9) years of work experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked with the then Millicom Ghana Limited (the then operators of Tigo) and El Cuto Consult Limited, a Wireless Applications (mobile Value Added) Services Provider in Accra.

Aside from law practice, Ambrose has interest in Data Protection and Privacy practice, having qualified, and certified by the Data Protection Commission of Ghana, to practise as Certified Data Protection Supervisor (CDPS) in Ghana.

Ambrose is a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) and a student member of the Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG). He holds a BSc. Computer Science Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and Master of Laws (LLM) Degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from the University of Ghana, Legon. He also holds a certificate in Corporate Governance from the Institute of Directors, Ghana and a certificate in the Securities Industry Course from the Ghana Stock Exchange.

His interests in law spans across many practice areas including Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Property Law and Practice (land litigation and property sale and purchase advisory and practice), Corporate and Commercial Law and Practice, Labour Law and Practice, Tax Law and Practice, Information Technology (IT) and Intellectual Property (IP) Law and Practice, and Data Protection and Privacy Practice.
